Madia Insurance has access to dozens of insurance companies that have a variety of life insurance policies. We can help you find the life insurance policy or combination of life insurance products to solve your needs and ease your mind.
The following is a list of the types of life insurance policies we can provide for you:
Term Life Insurance
A type of life insurance that provides protection for a specific number of years – typically 10, 20 or 30 years. This type of policy does not have a cash value.
Universal Life Insurance
This is a type of permanent life insurance which allows for flexible adjustments to the death benefit or timing of premium payments. This type of policy does build cash value. The insurance company invests your cash value and pays interest on your account. The guarantees are not as strong as a whole life policy, but the premiums are lower. New products are now available with secondary guarantees.
Variable Universal Life Insurance
This is a Universal Life insurance policy that places your cash value into stock market accounts instead of the insurance company investing it.
Whole Life Insurance
This type of permanent life insurance does not expire (assuming you continue to pay the premiums). It has a cash value which is guaranteed. Some policies pay a dividend which can be used to purchase more insurance coverage or to reduce the premium.
Annuity Insurance
An annuity is a contract in which an individual pays insurance premiums and then receives income payments based on those premiums. The interest grows tax deferred in this type of policy.
IRA Insurance
An IRA (Individual Retirement Account) is a type of annuity in which your contributions are tax deductible.
Group Life Insurance
This type of life insurance is for businesses that want their employees to benefit from a group life insurance plan.
Long-term Care Insurance
Incidents can happen in life that can impair a person’s ability to fully function without the assistance of others. Whether this is an accident, illness or advancing age, long-term care insurance provides coverage for not only nursing home institutionalization, but also for at-home care givers..
Disability Insurance
This type of insurance offers protection that replaces your income when disabled. The price and benefits depend upon your occupation.
