Homeowners Insurance
Your home is not only the place you feel most comfortable, but it also houses all of your valued possessions. Protecting your home from damage due to fire, lightning or loss from vandalism or theft will give you peace of mind in knowing that when an incident does occur, your homeowners insurance will restore your home to its previous condition.
At Madia Insurance, we help you determine the best homeowners policy for you. We also offer renters insurance and condo insurance. If an incident does occur, we are here to help you recover your losses and make you feel “at home” again.
Specialty Insurance
There are many types of specialty insurance policies that can be purchased. A few types of specialty insurance we offer and their description include:
Umbrella: This type of policy provides an additional $1,000,000 of liability coverage, in addition to the liability limits of your personal policies such as your auto and home policies. Amounts higher than $1,000,000 are also available.
Mine Subsidence: Damage from a mine subsidence incident is not covered under a homeowners policy and must be purchased separately.
Flood: Flooding is not covered under a homeowners policy and must be purchased separately.
Jewelry: There is limited coverage for jewelry as well as for other categories of personal property such as guns and silverware under a homeowners policy. You may purchase additional coverage by adding a rider onto your homeowner’s policy or by purchasing a separate policy.
Motorcycle Insurance: A separate policy can be purchased to insure a motorcycle for liability and physical damages.
Boat Insurance: A separate policy can be purchased to insure a boat for physical damages and liability.
